China West Power Transformer Products Advance into North American Power Market

In January of this year, China West Power successfully won the bid for the 345kV-180MVA, 115kV-90MVA transformer project of Sgrano Energy, which was signed in March.

The project is currently in the design review stage. The North American Electric Association experts employed by the owners are reviewing the design of the transformer. They gave a high evaluation of the progress of the current project and China Xidian’s design, production, and manufacturing capabilities of power equipment.

The North American power market has long been dominated by multinational companies such as ABB, Siemens, etc. After years of hard market development, China Xidian has actively participated in bids, participated in exhibitions, invited high-level power companies in North America, and experts of the North American Electric Association visited our staff. From time to time, product promotion and other methods have continuously deepened customers' understanding and understanding of China's West Electric products. The successful signing of the project marks the first breakthrough in China's Western Electric to achieve a voltage grade of more than 330kV in the North American market, which is of milestone significance for China West Power to develop the North American power market.
